Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Duplicate or failed payments

If an amount is debited from your account but the receipt is not generated, or if you are charged twice for the same period, please contact us within 7 days with the UTR / Razorpay transaction ID. Verified duplicate / failed payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation before check-in

If a resident cancels admission before checking in, the paid fee will be refunded after deducting a booking-administration charge of ₹1,000.

3. Cancellation after check-in

  • Monthly plan — the current month's fee is non-refundable once the month has begun. Future months, if pre-paid, will be refunded in full.
  • Yearly plan — refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused months, after deducting a one-time administration charge of ₹2,000. Partial months are not refunded.

4. Caution / security deposit

Any refundable deposit will be returned within 15 business days of check-out, after deductions (if any) for damages or unpaid dues.

5. How to request a refund

Email your request with the receipt number and UTR / Razorpay ID to the hostel office, or contact +91 77026 13753 / +91 74164 41815. Approved refunds are credited to the same account / card used for payment.

6. Non-refundable items

The 2.3% card-payment surcharge, once collected, is not refundable as it is levied by the payment gateway.
