By enrolling at BedBox Boys Hostel or using this portal to make payments, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
Residency is offered to bona-fide male students. Admission is confirmed only after all required details (name, mobile, parent mobile, Aadhar, live photograph, college ID) are submitted and the first instalment is received.
2. Fees & payment plans
- Monthly plan — fixed monthly fee, payable in advance for each month of stay.
- Yearly plan — annual fee, which may be paid in partial instalments as agreed with the hostel owner.
- Card payments via Razorpay carry a 2.3% surcharge which is added transparently at checkout.
- UPI / bank-transfer payments are subject to manual verification and typically confirmed within 24 hours.
3. Conduct
Residents must follow hostel rules regarding entry timings, cleanliness, visitors and use of shared facilities. Violations may lead to termination of residency.
4. Room allotment & transfers
Rooms and beds are allotted at the discretion of the hostel owner. Transfers between rooms may be granted subject to availability.
5. Liability
The hostel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Residents are advised to keep valuables secured.
6. Modification
We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued residency or use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
