Service delivery
- Accommodation is delivered on and from the check-in date agreed at the time of admission.
- Fee receipts are generated instantly for card payments (Razorpay) and within 24 hours for UPI / bank-transfer payments after manual verification. A PDF receipt is emailed to the registered email address automatically.
- Digital records (payment history, receipts) are available on the student portal at all times.
